Meet the Expert
In the world where the customer wants what they want, when they want it, being a specialist is not enough. Understanding business as a whole and not losing sight of the interaction of its parts became the new necessity. The only way to thrive in this brave new world is by continually creating opportunities through combining knowledge scattered across different disciplines. An entirely new breed of experts had to emerge.
Oleg Tumarkin is one such expert. He has developed a

understanding a more effective training method was born. E-M8
system has aided to integrate strategy
development and training with day-to-day operations for a number of
Wisconsin organizations.
